Our team

Our small and highly specialised team is united by shared values and a vision for the future of public sector and the finance profession. Every team member contributes to the diverse portfolio of projects with their expertise and insights.

Executive directors

Our executive team is the engine that powers LMC. The two founding partners, each with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, finance education and public policy have worked individually and as a team across the globe to bring together the expertise, insight and a desire for change making Lynceus Management Consulting possible. LMC is a young company and the executive team is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, working closely with clients and experts, contributing to project delivery and driving strategy execution.

Non-executive directors

We strongly believe that a diversity of views and opinions is critical to success. To help LMC carry forward its purpose and achieve its objectives, we have invited seasoned professionals with extensive experience and subject-matter expertise from different sectors of the economy to join our non-executive director team. The Board comes together several times a year to discuss company strategy and project delivery, provide advice and direction, challenge the executive team and share a fresh look on key matters.

Experts

LMC team of experts is a globally distributed network supporting our objective of agile and flexible project delivery in any part of the world where our capabilities and expertise can help our clients. We work with experts from different industries in both public and private sectors including finance and banking, professional services, international development, education and academia, telecommunications, energy and extractive industries and construction.
The diversity of our clients' needs requires specialisation in a large number of areas. We are able to draw from a pool of experts specialising in such areas as banking sector soundness, privatisation, financial system stabilisation policy, IFRS and IPSAS implementation, financial reporting system design, internal audit and control, business-process re-engineering, PAO establishment and development, regulatory design, audit and assurance, to name but a few.
